Valentines day running

So what do you do the day after your rest day after a Half Marathon training race? Well, after a long dreadful day at the office I wanted to go running in the rain and in the mud of my easy access forest for some recovery (damage check) slow-run. So I popped two thumb size blisters under both of my big toes (again, time for some scissor action soon) and put on my running gear.

And what happens when you are doing what you love very much, thinking about the person you love the most of all... you spontaneously take a wrong turn and discover that with some more extra turns you could run a heart shaped route; and that's what I did today :)
